CORPORATE PROFILE
Acma Ltd was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore in 1965. The principal activities of the Company and the Group include:

The manufacture of moulds and precision plastic components mainly for the auto industry under the Acot group (www.acotgroup.cn) of companies.

The distribution of Hitachi Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Singapore and overseas markets in Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Bangladesh under Acma Engineers Pte Ltd. These are mainly for factories and commercial buildings.

The manufacture of metal packaging and metal printing services in Vietnam under Metal Printing and Packaging Ltd which caters to the food, beverage and other household and industrial markets.
The Group's Tooling and moulding operations in China make a variety of tools and precision plastic parts for the automotive, medical and consumer electronics and electrical industries and caters to both the local and overseas customers from Japan, Europe and the United States of America. The tooling plant handles both small and large precision tools including in-mould decoration tools.
The Group's mould making and plastic injection facilities are located in Xiamen and Dongguan in southern China. Its mould manufacturing activities cater mainly for the European and North American automotive market and its end-customers include leading automakers such as Audi, BMW, Daimler, Ford, Opel, Mercedes, Porsche, Peugeot, Saab, Volkswagen and Volvo.
Total number of staff under the Group is approximately 1000.
